APN Role and Staying Current

As a Registered Nurse, I have utilized tools like electronic health records (EHRs), medication administration systems, and telehealth platforms to deliver care efficiently. In my future role as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN), my responsibilities will expand to include diagnosing, prescribing, and managing complex patient cases. To stay current, I will actively engage in continuing education, attend conferences, and participate in professional organizations. Additionally, I’ll closely monitor advancements in healthcare technology, especially in areas like AI-assisted diagnosis and telemedicine, to ensure I can provide the best care and remain at the forefront of my field.
