What made you choose this project?

Pre: I chose this project because communication with
medicines was below target stars. The
target should be above 50.40, but our unit stars in June
were 33.3. What were the problems??
Post 1: Result for JULY 60.0
Examples of some of the things I did :
Printed out Pamphlet with a list of common Medications,
Uses, and Side effects. Nurses should use it during
medication administration and highlight it with a marker.
Also, give it to patients when discharged and remind
them to complete the survey at home.
Reminding nurses during Huddles to teach patients about
medications
Sending out a reminder message chat to the group with
Epic EMR
Uses of Hospital Rover phone
1:1 conversation with nurses
The result for the month of August is not yet out. For now,
work on what we have.
